The front staff is courteous and very attentive. Mr Soto is awesome. I did work for him in his office, if he treats his clients like he treated me then you are in great hands.
Very thorough and will explain any of the details you're unsure about everything involved with your estate planning for when you are trying to plan for what's happens when it is your time to go. It seems that if you aren't thinking about what happens after your gone and if you don't have a trust set up before your time comes, you will only cause your family a lot more headache dealing with it all after the fact.
