RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about Aaron. He has been my family attorney for almost 3 years now. Unfortunately I have on-going litigious issues in family court and he has always been there for my family. He has helped me significantly with complicated financial issues and always gets a fair deal. I would highly recommend him to anyone going through family court issues.
I was in high conflict custody case that lasted almost 5 yrs, Aaron Smith was outstanding. He was instrumental in helping me keep custody of my daughter and during this awful experience he was there to explain all the twists, turns, and games the other side was doing long before it happened so I was prepared in court. I have referred him to several friends whom were very satisfied with their results as well.
was shocked how incompetent he was when I saw him in court. the guy he represented got totally taken to the cleaners. it was unbelievable how incompetent he was. the poor guy he represented was then given a huge bill to pay..unbelievable. he didn't help the guy..he hurt his client and two innocent children because of his lack of Representing his client. just sad.
Although it wasn’t me that was the client, my best friend was - and we endured 9 months of hell with this case against her ex boyfriend- Aaron was the epitome of professionalism and elegance. One could not ask for better representation! Thank you Aaron for your integrity, calm disposition and level head- I would recommend you 1,000 times over to anyone that needed representation. Aaron is beyond competent, patient, snarky (in a good way!) and does not miss a detail. He handled my case with the utmost professionalism and was able to handle me at my worst (which says a ton.) if you would like a more detailed reference, please feel free to PM me!
