Had to file a grievance through the State Bar of Texas. Do not use his services. His law license has been suspended until November 20,2021.
Do not use Ward. Filing a grievance with the Texas Board for fraud. Paid a deposit for him to take my case and I haven’t heard from him in months.
Like many others who have reviewed Ward, we had a horrible experience. We were suing our landlord for an improper deposit hold and Ward was very quick to take the case and said it was a clear violation. The initial consultation was $300+ and then he requested a $2500 retainer. After that he was a ghost. He is never available to talk and unresponsive to 20+ voicemails and emails.
