Horrible receptionist. Very unprofessional from appearance to demeanor. Within customer service you never know who you are entertaining. This woman should understand that. I had someone I wanted to send there but after dealing with the woman at the front, I used another law firm. McCray should know who she hired, she’s a horrible representation of a good firm.
