The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Thomas Nana directly. I stated my issue to him and he gave me time to come in. I asked if he needed any additional info from me while he had me on the phone and he said no, he would get everything they need when I get there. When I showed up for my appointment he barely even walked out of his office just to tell me he cannot help me with my issue and that I am waisitng his and my time. Then why tell me to come in???? I spoke with him and told him what it was about before showing up. He wouldn't even look at me when speaking. He was very unprofessional and spoke down to me the whole time. I was ready to pay just to have an advice on how to proceed with my issue. He waisted my time and my $$$ that I paid for a baby sitter. Aweful, aweful experience.
