Horrible, horrible, horrible attorney. Charged me for the allegedly "free" consultation and then refused to refund my money, making up some excuse about it was used for the "work" they did. THEY DID NOTHING. "Free consultation" was it. And his advice was trash. Did not give me any ideas or strategies, which is what you pay an attorney for - legal advice. I have to admit that I never envisioned myself filing bankruptcy. Unfortunately circumstances beyond my control happened to me, and it became my best option. Mr. Swift and his staff were wonderful. They kept me informed every step of the way, and made me feel really comfortable with the entire process. They were so kind and compassionate. Words can't thank you enough for helping me when I needed it the most!
I can't fathom why I'm seeing some poor reviews for Swift Law. Definitely not my experience at all. I noticed there were some staffing changes in the front office since I came in last spring. Maybe that explains some of the issues with the reviews. There was one gal there before who was a little on the crude side. Now the atmosphere in the office could not be any better.
