This lawyer is as sorry as they come. He let my brother(Richard M.) sit in jail for months without proper representation. Then he didn't even look at any paperwork, he had no clue about some of the details on his case. He finally met with my brother after months of sitting in jail, only to tell him that he’ll probably get time in prison because they’re looking at his priors, which is not true, if he had been looking at the paperwork he would’ve known that.
