Mr. Thomas started out representing us exactly as expected, until it was time to appear for a pre-trial conference. Mr. Thomas was a no-show and the Court changed our plea to Guilty and charged a fine. Mr. Thomas said he was going to appeal in writing/in person to the Court, but there was no evidence of his contacting the Court. Mr. Thomas stopped returning our messages -- simply abandoned us! Find a different attorney!
