I got hit by oncoming traffic while riding a motorcycle in 2004, while abiding by all applicable laws. The insurance company of the person who hit me decided to send it to an insurance investigator and their findings agreed 100% with my statements. Mr Oushalem took it upon himself to receive funds in my name then claim the sum of $30,000 for his time which I can attest to under oath was not in excess of three(3) hours.
