Absolute worst decision I could have made in my divorce case was hiring Bob Burgs. If your looking for someone to continue to threaten dropping you as counsel and even saying the same opposing counsel and being an all around quitter and setting you up for failure, you have found your guy! Unprofessional is an understatement. Time to step away from the business Bob, You clearly have lost moral and ethical guidelines when it comes to being a lawyer, thank god you left the fire service when you did too.
Robert personally guided me every step of the way throughout my divorce. He dealt with her very difficult attorneys and managed to get me a much better deal than I anticipated. More than that though, he made sure that I put my childrens well-being above all and that kept me on track. I am extremely grateful that my friends referred him and I strongly recommend him for anybody that needs a family lawyer. His paralegal was also absolutely amazing.
Bob Burgs is very seasoned and knowledgeable in his job and makes every effort to guide you through the divorce process. He tells you all about the intricacies of the divorce and what you can expect from the beginning which is hard to hear but also helps with the decisions needed to be made. His paralegal assistant Luisa is a gem with her timely responses, knowledge, and clear communications. They both made this difficult time as easy as it could of been and it is also easy to give them five stars and recommend them.
Mr. Burgs and Luisa were great to work with. My calls were always returned timely. I truly felt supported through the entire divorce process and never doubted they were in my corner. Mr. Burgs was completely prepared for mediation, and it seemed the opposing counsel was looking at the case for the first time. The office bills very ethically. Highly recommend!
