Terrible Divorce Lawyer - Do Not Hire I would not recommend this lawyer for your divorce. Not only is he incredibly unprofessional, but he also fails to deliver on basic legal responsibilities. He never filed any of the necessary documents for my divorce, and I was left completely in the dark throughout the process. He doesn't answer calls, doesn't follow up, and completely ignores your concerns. I regret choosing him and would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
My mother used this attorney for a family matter not only did he fail to properly represent her, he made several seedy attempts to be inappropriate. When my mother denied his advances her became careless working on her case. She lost her home and thousands of dollars as a result. Don’t trust him.
Mr. Mason is one of the most personable lawyers I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with, I hope I never have to use him again but if need be, he’s the man. He has went above and beyond in my case, as cliche as that sounds, the statement has never rang more true for me, than me saying that now. A true man for what’s right, and I believe that in my heart of hearts.
If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. And I unfortunately got stuck with him 2 times. The first was for a divorce. He failed miserably time after time. Then I was hit with a surprise. I showed up at the courthouse with my ex wife willing to sign all paperwork to give me full custody of my children. Unfortunately when we walked up to the clerk to turn it in I was hit with an unfortunate surprise. Despite me firing him after my divorce; he was still listed as my attorney on record.
