Best attorney out there. Because of him I am United States citizen. I had talked to other attorneys in the city i lived in and they told me if filed for citizenship, I would be deported because of an incident in the past. He is good. I was in custody facing deportation and had been deported in the past. While in criminal custody my parents talked to him because my great grandmother was a United States citizen. Honest !!! Not your typical attorney, he doesn't talk much rather work more and he proved his words through actions. After seeing several unethical law firms who would just talk about fees and saying my deportation process was a difficult situation. This attorney helped my wife and stepdaughter obtain there legal status. My wife had immigration issues. He resolved her issues. At the beginning he was up front and told us the process and how long it was going to take. He told us to be patient because of my wife's history. It took a while, but it was worth it. Great attorney. I was granted legal status through spouse whom I separated and immigration reopened and denied my status. I went to like 5 attorneys and all of them said since I separated, I was out of luck. Mr. Mondragon actually reviewed my case and said immigration has the authority to do that, but not in my case because they did not follow the proper procedure. This attorney helped me when other attorneys could not. I was granted my lawful status then immigration cancelled because they said it was fraud. Mr. Mondragon reopened the case and challenged the basis of cancellation and process. They granted my status after other attorneys said the time had ran and there was nothing I could do. This attorney got me out of the camp. While out, I get arrested and back to immigration. He resolves my criminal case and gets me out of immigration with lawful status. Other people in cell said it was impossible and he did it. The Judge told me after our immigration hearing that i probably hired the best immigration attorney if not one of the top two. He is really good. Would highly recommend.
