She is so not recommended, I had to file a State Board complaint against her. Her license is up for the board to decide. It has to do with Professional Code of Conduct & Ethics. Very unprofessional .
I've worked with Noreen on a few occasions notarizing documents and its been a pleasure assisting her. She cares about her clients and helping them thought tuff times.
Noreen is very rude, unprofessional, and overall not pleasant at all. If you are seeking legal counsel, do not go here!
