I give Melanie Soloman a minus 3 stars for her incompetents in not following rule 53 and court procedures. Furthermore, Soloman over charge me. Moreover, Soloman did not check the docket online that clearly stated "res Judicata". Soloman chose to ignore the facts in plain sight.
