Staff sets up appointments and the attorney doesn’t show up. No contact from the office. It’s been almost a year and I have yet to speak to Willie McAllen one single time. His Paralegal, Cesar Gonzalez, doesn’t return calls and has no answers to give. Cesar’s biggest push is for you to take a low insurance company settlement, instead of Willie McAllen fighting for you in court. I regret hiring this Law Office

It’s been almost a year and this law firm has not contacted me about the status of my case , I always have to call and there is no answer or never an update. They say my insurance company hasn’t replied but yet my insurance tells me they been trying to contact them to negotiate. So my roof is still not repaired and I been paying little by little for the damages in my home out of my own pocket.
