This office charges a $395 consult fee for estate planning to lock you in, which we learned later is not the norm. In the end we went elsewhere when no documents were produced after 3-4 months. Sadly paid $395 to this office for nothing.
We tried using Janos Law Offices about a year ago, paid a $395 consult fee (which was to be applied to the final cost), played email tag over a 4-month period with Merrill, and essentially gave up and emailed him we would look elsewhere since he seemed too busy. For estate planning I would recommend Dalton and Finegold in Amesbury. We had much more extensive plans completed and signed within a 3 week period (and it could have been even shorter).
