We had an initial consultation with Lori regarding a Torrey Pine tree on neighboring property that was overhanging our property and dripping sap that kept us from using our patio. Lori helped us understand our legal rights, and gave us confidence we could assert our rights if we were unable to get the tree trimmed back via neighbor to neighbor negotiations. In our case, the neighbor to neighbor solution worked out, but we were grateful to know we would have Lori's expertise if needed

Lori is a great Lawyer. I was getting the run around by "Lubin Pham + Caplin". 2/3 information they (LPC) gave me was incorrect. and someone else recommended her to me. With Lori , I am able to have her attack my HOA because they use their feelings instead of facts. For example, using our dues to fix the board member's home first, while I am waiting to get my condo fix for 15 years.
Lori Bessler is honest and tenacious. Of course she is competent and experienced. She satisfactorily resolved an HOA issue with the insurance carrier.
