If you want your case settled you don't want this lawyer. He does everything in his power to keep cases going so he can bill hours. Case in point. I submitted a global settlement offer to him August 2, 2015. He never responded in 8 weeks. But he billed over $10,000 to the divorce. He has been admonished in courts by judges for his unprofessionalism in failing to return phone calls and emails on a timely basis. He is one of the most dishonest and unethical people I have met in my life. He should disbarred for practicing law.
Shawn has been my lawyer for a number of years on my difficult divorce case. He's been extremely helpful and professional. If you want a lawyer who really cares about you and does an outstanding job, I recommend Shawn.
