Lord knows I did not deserve what has happened to me at 18yrs old I called the police just to be arrested for DB even when the alleged victim told officers that she attacked me at my court date I was told to just take the deal or else I’d be in jail for 2-3weeks and I did worse decision of my life Leslie did not fight at all for me and each and every day I think about my situation I feel as if there’s nothing left to live for for I am now a criminal and can’t peruse my career

How do you as a defense attorney, not speak up for your clients. You advise someone they can leave the state, and their case will properly be dismiss. Good thing he didn't leave the state and attended the 2nd court date, to only have the judge to reschedule for another month & a half.
