I had very un-professional and disappointing experience with Mr Centanni, P.C. in year 2023, When I called for assistance, the attorney immediately provided his email address in 2 mins without listening to my situation. He stated that we must provide a 90-day notice to the nonpaying tenant and mentioned that renting out a room in your house is illegal, which is not.
