Extremely unprofessional. During my Level 1 and Level 2 grievances against MISD, she didn’t even remember essential facts. Never responds to client requests. Do yourself a huge favor and don’t waste your money hiring her as your criminal attorney or for anything! I had to fire her and hire another attorney. Now, I need her to do an affidavit about the money I pad her since I have a lawsuit…and she refuses to respond to requests from my civil attorney. #unacceptable
I was extremely satisfied with Mrs. Carpenter's representation in my case. She fought hard and she delivered! Her staff Ashley was always professional, willing to help, and communicated effectively throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Mrs. Carpenter and her firm to anyone looking for great representation.
I was very disappointed. Showed up at the hearing, not one minute early, advised our family member to take the first offer, didn't seem like she was prepared to fight, gave bad counsel when she did input, and did't even try to look professional ...no makeup, hair stringy, baggy dress. Seemed on the other side, not ours.
Laura and her team were amazing to work with. They were open to all my questions, friendly, and quick to respond. Laura went above and beyond to handle my case and for that I am so grateful...she is amazing.
So far miss laura has been a great attorney and easy to work with. Now i am happily divorced yay
