I hired Kirk last year in April 2018. I requested a change in the parenting plan and a re-calculation of child support. He notified the father in July of this. This is the start of a very long drawn out case. He has not provided me with a statement in 10 months. We don't hear from Kirk unless we call or email him. We have been waiting on him to schedule one meeting with the other party for 2 months. As far as I know (he hasn't provided any information for me since I hired him last April) my retainer is gone.
