Thought I might have been the only one but turns out others have had problems with her as well. She overcharged, then threatened to quit right before trial unless I paid. Only responds when she feels like it but will charge you each time you try to follow up with her. Just a lazy attorney that needs to retire.
Kathryn may have been a great attorney 5 or 10 years ago but she has lost all desire to engage and get the work done. The office is regularly closed or only partially functional with regularly missed deadlines, poor organization and not much will to get cases processed. We went to court after I had urged and waited for a year and oops forgot to file the paperwork for the main heart of the case- another 15k please and also sorry but your in a much harder and more expensive place procedurally now so that will be thousands upon... read more
