I’m leaving this review based on my friend’s experience with Katherine’s office in Texas, which I personally witnessed on speaker phone. The staff, including Rachael, provided misinformation, was disrespectful, and repeatedly yelled and interrupted during conversations. When asked about delays or poor communication, Rachael’s excuse was that Katherine is “too busy with her campaign.” This is extremely unprofessional and concerning if she cannot manage cases properly, it raises serious questions about her priorities.
