Unfortunately, sweta tejpal represented me at a bail hearing in her role as a per diem duty counsel at the Brampton; when she realized that I was not going to retain her or her office; she failed to advise me accordingly and was ineffective, I was held in custody because of her incompetence. She is one of the many reasons that my charges were withdrawn.
