This guy knows nothing about laws or tenants rights and he seems to feel it's good business to work for SLUM LORDS. He also has NO IDEA how to SERVE papers to tenants. He also does not know oe what a PROOF OF SERVICE IS. I cannot list enough superlatives about the professionalism of Attorney Joshua Tucker. Mr. Tucker has helped me through a very difficult tenant/landlord eviction dispute for the past two and a half years. He has also assisted me in coping with an associated problem caused by the incompetence of a previous attorney. My difficulty with bad tenants began in December 2017.
