My mom just passed recently, and she owed quite a bit (over 100k) to the IRS. I was worried the IRS would make me sell her home during probate. Jorge let me know that as long as there isn't a lien on the house, that the IRS won't make me sell it during probate. Just one phonecall and I feel extremely relieved. Great guy, give him a call.
