The ONLY reason there is no contract is because the Court saw the deceit and ruled the property would not sell for $200K..who is responsible for this deception ? "Show me a contract for $200000. I'd like to see that. I was not the Estate Executrix nor the lawyer for the sale. Sorry you felt the need to lash out at someone. Sorry it was misapplied towards me.
