I hired Mr. Helms for my case in Lubbock tx. I explained to Mr. Helms that time with my family was the most important thing to me . He was very honest with me up to a certain point . He told me up front that I would be going to prison, but would work hard to get me the bottom end of my guideline. While out on bond I was not informed about my guilty plea court date by Mr. Helms and was contacted by the courts about why I was not there .
