Joel misrepresented what I would owe him for his services. Quoting me at $3000 and then raising it to over $10k after the conclusion of the case. He was aware that I was in workers comp and had limited income when he agreed to represent me. He then shared with opposing counsel that I was having financial difficulties and then he had me sign something that I thought only lasted for a year but have since round out is permanent.
