As other reviewers have stated, the buildings are too close together to easily accommodate a semi truck with a full trailer backing up to them, the west facing windows in the summer doing indeed heat the building far too well for the air-conditioning systems to keep up with, And the third building in from the road is in fact below grade for most trucks.
