What can I say I was referred to him from another attorney he was everything and more he was upfront with me about everything he was going to do but he surprised me because he went up and beyond on my case and it was thrown out

Poe law firm did not do as we asked him to do. He took it upon himself to go and try to litigate the return of our house through the third party that bought it instead of going after the bank. ARVEST BANK That originally screwed us over James Poe is not a very good lawyer. Took it upon his own to do Whatever he wanted to with our bankruptcy court got us to file a chapter 13 instead of a chapter 7. He is not a very good lawyer and anybody else.
