What can I say about this laywer. Well hired him they did nothing but steel my 2400.00 dollars. Don't waste your money Joyner j Mitchell is a thief. Was told if I changed my mind as long as they had not filed my bankruptcy papers with the court. I could change my mind well I did so you would think they deducted for the work they did right. Wrong they kept it all because he’s a parasite laywer.
Not sure why my previous review was deleted but don’t waste your money. Fast initial process to get you under contract and pay your retainer. But he does not do anything for you or your case, go with a public defender if you can. Misjudged and went with him instead of other attorneys. Paralegal will be very nice at first but unprofessionally rude afterwards. Wondering if Joyner is even in state/around, never seen him at any office visit just his paralegal handles everything. I highly recommend the office of J. Mitchell Joyner. Everything went smoothly, and there was excellent communication throughout the entire process. His paralegal Cindy was the best, and was extremely helpful.
