Apparently if you drop documents off at the county office mailbox - and said documents get lost - it's not your fault. Imagine not tracking or handing documents directly to a person and into their hands. Poor service - lots of excuses - DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT RETAIN this person. Charges a pretty insane premium for this quality of service. Pushed back my real estate projects an entire year. REPEAT: DO NOT RETAIN.
