Farrell and Farrell is an excellent local law firm. We met with Kathleen Farrell Duhig to update our will and trust. She was knowledgeable, efficient, patient, and personable. We will definitely use this firm for and future legal needs.
My husband and I have now used attorney Dan Farrell as our real estate lawyer three times - a few years back for the purchase of our first home, and more recently for the sale of that home and then purchase of a new one. Dan is very knowledgeable and was super prompt with both timelines and responsiveness. He made what is sometimes a stressful time in transitioning between house seem very smooth. I highly recommend!
