We contacted him due to finding out that a form had not been filed and he was the former probate attorney.When I spoke with him he informed me the case just needed to be reopened with the court and that there was time to file this prior to our scheduled closing date of 3/18..he said he had a meeting but would contact me back that afternoon or the following day.Ive had no further contact even though I have reached out by phone and email.I completely do not understand this process with probate attorneys and how the courts allo... read more
