Don Starks accepted my $3,500 retainer fee, filed a couple motions and then quit. Attorney Starks will try to sell you the knowledge that he is friends with alot of the sitting judges, who will coincidencedentally enough allow him to withdraw from your case after he has already accepted the retainer fee. Don Starks coned me into putting a lien on my house in which he billed me for doing absolutely nothing but quitting. I have reported to the CA state BAR multiple times for ethical violations.
