My wife and I reached out to him about two weeks ago for a second parent adoption. He decided that because he did not receive a phone call a day after meeting that he no longer has availability to complete the adoption. He assumed we met with another lawyer, but failed to consider that we're having a baby(last minute preperations), getting in touch with the donor about the paperwork took time, etc. No consideration, whatsoever. Our baby is due in a week and now we're stuck finding another lawyer last minute.
