Dean was really easy to work with, I got a speeding ticket, submitted an inquiry to his site, he called me the next business day, I paid up front for 2 court appearances, he kept me looped in throughout the entire process, and in the end we were able to get the case dismissed (since it kept having to be rescheduled on account of the cop not being available).
