David is amazing! He quickly understood my situation and the amount of pain that CA DMV and WA DOL has been giving me and immediately got into action by sending notices to act and get my record cleared. Unfortunately it took attorney notices for these agencies to act. David stayed with me for the duration of the issue and made sure he followed up with the agencies and got my record all cleared.
