Thanks to David for reviewing, revising, and making recommendations on our restaurant commercial lease. We chose from three competing sites. Traffic flow, size, and functionality were our most important considerations, but the advice on total lease costs, options, landlord paid improvements, annual costs, options and premises use contributed to our making the right decision.

I needed a divorce. You don’t need to read the details, but we didn’t have any children, and we just couldn’t live in the same house anymore. In fact, she had already bought real estate in her own name, and signed the mortgage in her own name, even though I was the one paying for it most of the last years we were together.
