Unfortunately, Attorney Kent has partnered with our HOA management company. In an attempt to defuse a situation we're having with a neighbor, I called Attorney Kent on October 9, 2024 at 2:39 p.m. and left a 1-minute, 10-second voicemail. She never returned the call. On or about November 7, 2024 I received a letter via first class postage from Attorney Kent. The four-page letter did not acknowledge receipt of our voicemail message nor our concerns. Can never get them on the phone, no communication, sent them cashiers check and they have not returned my calls or faxes
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN! The communication is terrible. It is 2021, and her preferred method of communication is through fax! It is next to impossible to get her on the phone, her mail box doesn't work so you can't leave a message, she will flat out tell you not to email her because she is so backed up.
