The price for soy milk in my grande caramel frappe was ridiculous. I also paid for an Xtra espresso shot yet the drink tasted weak like it didn't have it. That one drink was almost 10 bucks n they didn't care about the fact that my hard earned money was basically stolen by not putting the shot in. Rude. I don't have infinite resources n work for every penny. Was treating myself by paying for a espresso shot then didn't get it. Basically, disappointed when I saw the drink.
