Not happy with their service. Customer service representative Mrs. Howard was very rude and truly not professional when it comes to handle phone calls. She needs to be fired!!!! shouldn't be working in customer service.

Ms Howard was rude when just asking questions. Customer service is trash.
Myriam Arreola has been helping me since August of 2024. She has been so kind and patience with me, so very helpful as well. She definitely deserves a good raise with how hard of a worker she is. Myriam always goes above and beyond and makes me feel heard through the whole process, I was excited to pay my bill every month, knowing I would get to talk with Myriam.
