I called your law office July 14, 2025 at 12:50 pm and 12:56 pm. I spoke with agent “Reca”. She was rude and unhelpful. She yelled at me and hung up on me and DID NOT SEND IN THE DOCUMENTS REQUESTED FOR THE 5th TIME. This is completely unacceptable behavior from a debt collector. She didn’t want to identify herself the second time I called after she hung up on me because her actions do not reflect that of a good agent. This law firm has shown a complete lack of compassion and understanding toward domestic violence survivors. On July 10th, I received a call from an attorney named Glenda regarding a rental debt after I had to break my lease due to a domestic violence incident where my children’s father kicked in my door. I have police reports and property maintenance records to back this up, and I paid my rent before leaving the property. My honest experience with this firm was great. They are direct working with national credit system. The team was in point my account manager was Mr. Kevin Smith he was very very patient, professional. I call the firm like 20 time in 48 hours.. is so many bad reviews i was afraid i will be scam or dealing with someone rude and unprofessional. Ending be the other way around. Thank you very much. Took 20 minutes to set up a payment and have a very basic question answered by a very unpleasant person who would not answer the question. Kept getting ver defensive when I wanted details, and they refuse to send documentation of anything. WILDLY awful. Typical employees for this type of business, expect fast food level intelligence and customer service when dealing with them, they get very frustrated very quickly, it's hilarious.
