I don't know what is going on with Mr. Martin. I have been calling him, left many voicemail messages, sent emails, and called all 3 of his phones with no response for a month. He was a no show in court on October 23rd 2025. Honestly, I have never met anyone so unprofessional. I will now be forced to file a complaint with the California state bar for neglecting my friends case and seeking out a new Probate attorney to replace this fraud

Called and a robot answered. It offered several appointment dates but every time I tried to book it. Robot said TRY ANOTHER DATE. I tried several times to pick a date. But no dice. I gave up. HIRE A HUMAN !!!

Brandon won't respond to ANY emails or calls regarding $2,550 that was supposed to be refunded to me by his office since that money ended up not being utilized during our estate planning with his office. I have tried a ridiculous amount of times to get ahold of Brandon, emails, calls to his office, texts and he basically has ignored about 95% of the attempts to contact him. I had trouble even leaving a 1 star review for Brandon. We had an initial appointment to start a simple trust, power of attorney, medical directive and an update to a property deed. He showed up over 40 minutes late. It seemed like he forgot about the appointment when my brother in law had called to confirm before driving down.
