I had a family member use Kate Harvey for her divorce, and thank goodness she was able to find a new attorney! Not only did Ms. Harvey not file critical and important paperwork, she went to court completely unprepared, and had not prepared her client at all. On top of the complete lack of due diligence on the part of Ms. Harvey, and the negligence of not preparing her client, once a new attorney had been found, there were materials released to Ms. Harvey that she managed to loose in her unorganized and unprofessional office.... read more
