I do not recommend this lawyer. After trusting them with my husband’s deportation case, I was left completely in the dark. Communication was almost nonexistent, and I was never given the basic information about the outcome of his case including any reentry ban details, which are critical to his future. I’m not sure if he’s a legit attorney. I’ve been in contact with him but lately he’s been ignoring my emails and messages etc. it’s been a year and I should see more progress by now and he’s not communicating. I’m going to have to do what’s best for me at this time and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone hire him as your attorney. Lastly, this makes me think he’s working with the company that I’m suing or he’s a fraud. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

I had a wrongful eviction case in which I had beat, the landlord went into default and all David had to do was go to court and handle it but he did not show up to the court date and the whole case was dismissed. He said he would appeal the dismissal but 5 months later I’m still being ignored and even my mother tried reaching out and he continues to ignore.
