I do not recommend this lawyer. After trusting them with my husband’s deportation case, I was left completely in the dark. Communication was almost nonexistent, and I was never given the basic information about the outcome of his case including any reentry ban details, which are critical to his future. Even more concerning, I was told that a habeas corpus petition had been filed on his behalf, which I later discovered was not true. I’m not sure if he’s a legit attorney. I’ve been in contact with him but lately he’s been ignoring my emails and messages etc. it’s been a year and I should see more progress by now and he’s not communicating. I’m going to have to do what’s best for me at this time and I wouldn’t recommend that anyone hire him as your attorney. Lastly, this makes me think he’s working with the company that I’m suing or he’s a fraud. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!
