I retained Ariana Kushak on 07/30/2024. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. She rarely returned calls or emails within a reasonable time (often 48+ hours, sometimes disappearing completely), never available for meetings, and did not review documentation I carefully prepared for her. Ariana is great professional she is always on the top of the case and always respond quickly. I am happy I met Ariana and she is my lawyer .
I needed legal advice for a personal matter and Ariana was quick to provide a solution. She was timely, responsive, and professional throughout and really made for a very positive experience. Her friendly personality and genuine concern for my needs helped me feel at ease and confident. I would recommend her services!
All she did was call the courthouse for me once and file one form following up on a case that was prepared by another lawyer, putting my immigration status in jeopardy by delaying my case by over a month. I ended up having to call the courthouse and track my case myself. After a half dozen emails went ignored, I had to file a complaint with the Massachusetts bar before she would even give me a receipt describing how my retainer was used.
