I thought it was very important that I send a second review. As soon as I sent the first review Alex got in touch with me within hours by email because he wanted me to take the review down. He even offered to speak with me or see what I had to offer of my concerns. So I did that by email I sent him a bunch of emails proving to him that our representation was not good.
