Unfortunately, the negative reviews are true. The lack of respect for prospective clients time, the unprofessionalism, the failure to own up to mistakes or apologize, is all true. Prior to my consultation, Maritza was calling and emailing me nonstop. Then Alberto missed the consultation, nobody called or responded to emails. I had to call twice to find out what happened. Worst tenant lawyer—clearly in bed with landlords. Completely mishandled my case and damaged my credit over a very simple issue which I repeatedly informed them about. The case managers are also extremely unprofessional, argumentative, avoid responsibility, and act as gatekeepers so you can’t even speak directly with the lawyer. Stay away very toxic.
I’m a previous PAYING client. I was referred by an acquaintance and had had high hope this man would at least show a level of professionalism expected in such manner. This man has re-routed my calls and has had the insensitivity of ignoring my calls and legit question one encounters in such legal matters .
